Behaviour Therapist

Responsibilities: 

  • Run 1:1 client session

  • Collect data, graph, and notify supervisors for case reviews

  • Receive training  for respective clients

  • Prepare materials required for the session

​

Requirements: 

  • ABAT/RBT Licensure

  • Previous experience as therapist

  • Diploma in special needs related field

Qualified Autism Service Practioner (QASP) Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and training for Behaviour Therapist

  • Create, edit and train therapists on predetermined programs

  • Conduct IOA and treatment integrity checks for therapists

  • Produce monthly update reports

  • Conduct parent training

  • Communicate changes with parents when needed

Requirements: 

  • BCaBa/ QASP-S License

  • Previous experience as supervisor or any supervisory role

  • Degree in ABA or special needs education related field

Behaviour Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise therapists and assistant behaviour analysts/consultant

  • Conduct assessments for clients

  • Conduct treatment integrity checks

  • Run workshops and training for respective clients

  • Create individualised ABA programs for each client

  • Write assessment and progress reports for respective clients 

  • Provide staff training 

  • Interview and conduct initial observations and assessment for new clients

  • Oversee Functional Behaviour assessments

Requirements:

  • BCBA/ QBA credentials

  • Previous experience as therapist, supervisor or consultant role

  • MSc in ABA or specials needs related fields
